Perfume
A mixture of fragrant essential oils and aroma compounds in perfumery is called perfume. It’s used to give a person, objects, and living area a pleasant smell. A solvent mix with the fragrance oil dictates whether a perfume will be a perfume extract, Eau de Perfum, Eau de Toilette, or Eau de Cologne.

On the practice it’s impossible to detect a perfume according to its components because the formulas are kept secret. There are so many ingredients that make it difficult to provide a useful classification. Nevertheless, cognoscenti can generally find out the principal ingredients. On the other hand, we have another way out to make it is possible, so we group perfumes into olfactive families and describe them through the notes that appear when they slowly evaporate.  There is a possibility to classify perfumes according to their concentration.

The birth of perfumes
People tried to understand the mystic essence of aromas at all times.  Not one century people have aimed to retain the smells of colors and herbaria, trees and animals, ocean in a small bottle. Magic of aroma is surrounded by passions and legends. People are overcome by the most different senses, when they breathe in these smells: gladness, sadness, passion, love and, certainly, kindness. An aroma hides in itself the great number of secrets, it unites in itself shallow particles of ambergris’s, musk, tender particles of fresh grass and cool salt water or sweet notes of lily. Perfumes are the mean of seduction, sign of good taste and prosperity, stroke, finishing your appearance.

Those, who create perfumes, could be legally named the real magicians. In fact, in the world there are more than 35 thousand substances from which they create perfumes. Only magician can combine all this in a whole and get live aromas opening up with every faint note.

Fragrance Notes
Perfume is something alive when a small bottle is opened; every aroma begins to play the unique melody, in which we can distinguish three basic notes:
The upper note. Perfumes will slightly turn you a head, but this note is transient – in 15 min. volatiles evaporate. For the cleanness of sounding of this note the aromas of fruit, berries and colors are used.

The middle note. The saturated floral, spicy or arboreal aroma could be felt in it. This note is the heart of perfumes. Duration of its sounding is approximately 2 hours.

The lower note. In this note the aromas of musk, patchouli, vanillas and sandal wood. Exactly a lower note determines a smell of your  perfumes If it meets with a smell of your bodies are your aroma, if no – it will be better to pick up other  perfumes.
