Another perfumer, who creates perfumes on the order, is Frances Kurgjan. He lives and works in France, but he is Armenian by the origin. He already did itself the name in the world of perfumery. Such masterpieces belong to his "feather", as masculine aromas of “Le Male” from Jean Paul Gaultier, “Miracle Homme” from Lancome and “Armani Mania”, and also womanish “Green Tea” from Elizabeth Arden. He also participated in creation of aromas for the brands of Kenzo and Escada.
Today a young perfumer works in the international company of Quest, and simultaneously "earns" by fulfillment of private ordering. Frances assures that for him making perfumery on the order is not the method of earnings, it’s «elite method of self-development and aesthetic pleasure", in fact a perfumery is his passion.
Cost of the individual perfumes, created by Kurgjan, values from 5 thousand euro and higher. A price is determined by the value of ingredients. Heavy dark small bottles order-made in Italy according to the sketch of perfumer, impermeably closed and decorated by a silk braid is connection of tradition of handwork with practicality. In fact, in ideal case, perfumes must not adjoin with the rays of light and to skip air, so they will longer save the unique aroma.
More frequently it is possible to hear from different people that there is no concrete perfumery they like, but a mixture of a few. It is, thus, possible in such way to get original, not what other ware aroma.
If you want to experiment, we want to give you a few advices.
At first, it is impossible to estimate a turning smell out at once. In fact, as its generally known, aromas open up gradually, besides at different perfumeries are different time of transition from initial notes to cardiac ones and from cardiac to eventual. From one side, mixing different perfumes will allow to multiply the number of these "stages" from three to six and even more. But, from other side, an aroma, magnificent at the beginning, can outgrow eventually in something terrible. Therefore, before "appearance" with a similar original perfumery, it is necessary to make sure, that it sounds pleasantly at all stages, and for this purpose it is recommended to resemble in it no less than two hours.
Secondly, perhaps, the simplest method of creation the perfumery is mixing perfumes with some essential oil. For example, you like the smell of rose, but here misfortune, your favorite perfume from Escada “Rockin' Rio” doesn’t contain it. Not a problem, in fact, it is possible to purchase separately a rose oil and to add it to the aroma from Escada. But we want to warn: essential oils usually have more intensive smell, than perfumeries, therefore adding it is necessary quite a little - literally one drop.
Thirdly, pay attention to the sets for creation of own aromas, which some companies produce. For example, in March of this year the company of Gap began to produce a complete set under the name "Editors of aromas", consisting of 12 aromas. In September of the past year Body Shop began to produce the set from nine aromas, from which it is possible to make 362880 different combinations. In November of the past year the cosmetic firm of Fresh launched the se, which consists of 15 aromas in miniature small bottles and costs 125 dollars. This set has large demand at buyers.
